- Coordinate, coach and control the activities of the maintenance team and provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability. - Maintain machines to optimal effeciency.
- Repair breakdowns sustainably and effectively.
- Ensure and maintain a safe working area.
- Manage continuous improvement projects.
- Solve situational problems.
- Problem solve downtime events and focus on loop closing
* A minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in the FMCG industry is preferable.
* 1 - 3 years supervisory experience is desirable.
* An N6 Engineering plus a Millwright Trade Test is essential.
