- Implement new lean initiatives such as kaizen, SMED, 5s, DMAIC.
- Champion change management and assist in delivering strategic initiatives that will aid in the improvement or implementation of new systems, processes, services or cost-effective solutions to achieve company objectives.
- Identify root causes and implement process corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
- Resolve machine stop situations and machine performance to increase production, quality, efficiency and volume output.
* A minimum of 6 months to a year experience in manufacturing is desirable
* A BSc / BEng degree in Engineering is essential.
