Join a culturally diverse and prominent manufacturer and redefine your future in a challenging projects environment. You will provide specialist expertise in mechanical engineering through delivering on capital expansion projects from concept to implementation and commissioning. This will involve equipment design, budget estimates, quality control during manufacture and installation as well as factory acceptance testing and commissioning. Carry out problem solving, failure root cause analysis and provide innovative solutions and preventative measures.
Be responsible for equipment preventative and predictive maintenance, providing technical assistance to maintenance breakdowns, fault finding, capital expenditure, project management, shutdown planning and development of plant operational statistics. Solid knowledge in Failure Mode Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Root Cause Analysis, and condition monitoring.
* A minimum of 10 - 15 years maintenance and projects experience with a proven record of achievements in applying WCM techniques and significant Impact on OEE’s
*Heavy industrial process environment in rotating equipment, steam generation, material handling systems is desirable.
* A BSc / BEng Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree is essential.
