You will be responsible for capturing all waste data and ensuring all mass balance variances are maintained below tolerance. Initiate waste reduction initiatives, investigate variances, report on waste figures and problem solve to drive plant waste to a minimum. * A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant environment is preferable.
* In depth understanding of mass balance as well as process governance and control is essential.
* Experience in lean manufacturing / 6 sigma / WCM / TPM is desirable.
* A BSc / BTech / ND Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering is essential.
