Lead, supervise, develop and coach a team of multiskilled Artisans in providing breakdown assistance and maintenance on high-speed packaging lines. Your duties will include predictive and preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, enforcing WCM principles as well as asset care.
* A minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in an FMCG factory, including 2 - 3 years experience in managing Artisans is essential.
* An N6 plus Trade Test Millwright qualification is essential.
